AdBlock Detection

As a photography business which aims to keep its full gallery available to the public free of charge we rely on advertising income in order to help cover the costs of our server infrastructure, website traffic and website maintenance. We place online advertising sparingly and unobtrusively on our website, in a manner that does not interfere with or degrade the user experience.

Many people now outright block all online advertising because some websites have been placing so many ads on their pages that the actual content is lost and navigation becomes a painful nightmare. However, this unfairly penalises responsible website owners such as ourselves who rely on this extra income as a means to support themselves and continue providing great content free of charge. For this reason we employ an Adblock detector to encourage our visitors to whitelist our site, and we would encourage you to do the same for other websites which you enjoy for free and which have a track record of not going overboard with their display advertising.

Please be aware that actions carried out using social plugins and share functionality on this website may be published to linked social media profiles and may be visible publicly depending on the user's personal privacy settings on each of the social networks being linked to. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure their privacy settings are correctly set to their needs before using any social plugins on this website or connecting any social media profiles to it.
